We offer a 14-day return and refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@claddingstyle.co.uk. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
If your return is accepted, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package within 3 working days.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Due to fluctuating stock levels, we recommend emailing us before returning any items to ensure your case is handled efficiently and to your satisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving your returned item.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
