Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through CladdingStyle.

At CladdingStyle, we are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address provided at checkout.
To help ensure timely delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during standard business hours.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases, and we may not process orders where the recipient’s name and address cannot be clearly verified.

Shipping Costs (UK Only)

  • £30 shipping fee applies to All Products.

  • £1.99 shipping fee applies to Sample Collection.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Please review them carefully before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within the UK: 3 to 7 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Please check your local regulations prior to placing an order, as CladdingStyle cannot provide or cover these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. This allows you to follow your shipment's progress right to your door.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, CladdingStyle is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, natural disasters, or courier service issues (e.g. customs clearance delays). These matters are outside our control.

Undelivered Packages

If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, it may be redirected to your local depot or post office for collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package from there.

Incorrect Shipping Address

CladdingStyle is not liable for lost or undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please ensure all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Secure Delivery Address

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location - such as your home or workplace - to minimise the risk of lost or stolen packages. CladdingStyle is not responsible for parcels lost due to an insecure or incorrect delivery address.

Confirmation of Delivery

An order is considered delivered once it has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered in their tracking system. At this point, CladdingStyle has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
